Greencroft Forest Park is an exciting new development for the Lanchester valley and wider County Durham, extending to over 1,200 acres.

The plans being developed will seek to produce a blend of biodiversity gain, climate change mitigation, flood prevention, and public access. As proposals evolve we will be able to share them here and update our neighbours, stakeholders and wider public with an interest in this historic park.
